What began as Chef Nicla\u2019s personal journey to sustain himself soon evolved into a lifelong passion for food innovation and hospitality. This passion gave rise to culinary ventures such as Caf\u00e9 Nikolas and Summer\u2019s Over, merging creativity, culture, and entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Caf\u00e9 Nikolas adapted by pioneering food deliveries across Windhoek. But as restrictions lifted, Chef Nicla\u2019s vision grew bolder, curating intimate culinary events that brought people together around the art of food. This momentum culminated in the establishment of TASTE Restaurant Eros in 2021, where Nicla took on the role of Co-Owner and Executive Chef.<\/span><\/p>

In just a short time, TASTE became a household name in Windhoek, celebrated for reimagining Namibian cuisine with flair, sophistication, and soul. The overwhelming support led to the expansion of a second franchise at Hosea Kutako International Airport, placing Namibian culinary excellence on the world stage. <\/span><\/p>

Now, the franchise has grown further with the opening of the high-end Rivera Restaurant, located at the iconic FNB Namibia Cricket Stadium. Rivera blends fine dining with a vibrant sporting atmosphere, offering guests elevated menus and curated experiences that embody both exclusivity and celebration.<\/span><\/p>
